This 51st edition focused on Effective Leadership and celebrated 40 years of IMA Belgium – International Management Assistants, a true milestone for the community.
The insights of Ann De Bisschop, Ann Caluwaerts, Rob Vliegen, and Marc Lammers made me reflect on what leadership means today: empathy (not hierarchy), trust, EQ (more than IQ), shared purpose, and yes, having fun along the way.
Lieven Scheire did a fantastic job as our host, adding the perfect mix of humor, scientific insights, and energy.
Thank you to everyone for making these days so exciting and full of energy. We truly enjoyed every moment: the sessions, the chats, and the unmistakable IMA spirit.
